Phenomenal pizza, spacious and comfortable room, attentive, kind, friendly and always smiling staff, very pleasant environment with relaxing music in the background...everything perfect!! My partner is gluten intolerant and allergic to several ingredients and she found the pizza delicious and very light!! Spending my last night in Italy at a B&B nearby, I was looking for some comfort food before I settled in for the night, prior to my long haul trip home the next day. I’m so glad I chose this place, everything was great! The service, the atmosphere and the food. I ordered the Bufalino pizza and it was fresh and so tasty! Even my glass of white wine was great! Highly recommend this place, the staff are super friendly and incredibly kind to visitors :)

Sweet, quiet, delightful little place near the Tiber near Fiumicino. THE MEAL: Perfect for those who must eat gluten-free with truly genuine and exceptional flavours. Gluten-free pizza, with carefully selected dough to maintain flavor and crunchiness, together with special toppings. It does not sag and see photos for the creative and artistic presentation 🎨 🍕. Unfortunately I was just passing through and I enjoyed the courgette and bacon pizza with buffalo mozzarella in the centre. And as they say in Naples “t'arrcrei”!!! For pizza I am usually satisfied, because I know that it is difficult to manipulate and get good gluten-free dough right, also because the humidity and air change from season to season, whoever makes the dough, especially if he is creative, varies and I rarely say, as in this case: “Damn it's so good!”. And it really is from the first to the last bite, even cold, even the next day, if you took it home, if by chance you weren't able to finish it all! Crostini with homemade gluten-free bread are delicious and you can taste all the seasoning. Seasonings like oil and vinegar for the salad were very good and not strong at all. Surprisingly, the flavors are all well balanced on the palate, each ingredient can be felt and savored with flavour. Everything has the variant even MOZZARELLA WITHOUT LACTOSE, very good and not acidic. This is also very good. Then I wanted to try the desserts, so the second and last evening we focused on the house desserts E•C•C•E•Z•I•O•N•A•L•I for taste and combinations. SWEET OF THE MONTH (May) custard, going down the flavors you encounter are: light icing sugar, pine nuts, strawberry for freshness, cream, pistachio biscuit, almonds. I wouldn't put the last layer of biscuit because the palate ends well with the cream at the end, but then those are tastes. CREAMY CRUNCHY, you can really savor it, I prefer the chocolate variant. Panna cotta and creme brulee! In all of them I found the freshness of the ingredients; like eggs, really eggs for exceptional creamy desserts, delicious and tasty strawberries, which I was also able to appreciate at the supermarket in the parallel street behind the restaurant, going towards the bridge over the long Tiber. Very good. So I would give the food a ten plus. THE WELCOME, calm and kindness of the owners and staff is further proof that you feel good in this place. It's all in the family, and I'm happy about it, they're kind and calm among themselves too, which shows trust in the rest too. It seems like a corner with a bit of peace, where you can leave smog, stress and other things outside, and where even the music in the background makes you feel like you can enjoy the evening. The owners are artists, so even in the restaurant you find love for nature and colors in the shots of the master pizza chef and in the painted or botanical works of the owner, which gives a further sense of tranquility. If you are in a WHEELCHAIR 👩🏼‍🦽👩🏼‍🦼 don't worry because THERE IS ALL THE SPACE YOU WANT TO MOVE. I didn't go to the bathroom, so I don't know, but if you go, eat and leave, you'll feel great and you'll also be able to enjoy the little tour to see the photos and the peculiarities of the place. All that remains is to try it, I had a great time, it's a shame I can't take it with me wherever I go, a different dish every evening, it was guaranteed. Location: Locale troppo affollato e rumoroso, con sedute non comode. Parcheggio difficile. Servizio: Nella media Cucina: Ottima materia prima, prodotti innovativi, con possibilità di venire incontro alle allergie purtroppo sempre piu frequenti. Prezzo: Alto per una pizzeria, ma non per i prodotti. O abbassano i prezzi o alzono il livello di servizio. C'e' del potenziale inespresso, si spera che sappiano crescere come meritano. Tornero'.

Pizza abbastanza buona, buon servizio e materie prime buone; ma sinceramente a mio parere 70€ per tre pizze, tre bruschette 2 birre e una fanta mi sembra eccessivo; volendo calcolare le materie prime di ottima qualità; onestamente questo prezzo non lo trovo giustificato; probabilmente non tornerò!!!
