30/12/2024: If you are looking for a place that combines the art of patience with a particular culinary experience, this pizzeria is ideal. The welcome was in an exclusive style: waiting for almost an hour and a half standing at the entrance allowed us to admire the decor and observe the cheerful confusion of the place. Once at the table (which made us appreciate a truly "extreme" intimacy with the other diners), we immersed ourselves in the culinary experience. The pizzas arrived after forty minutes, but without forks. We were not discouraged: eating with our hands added a primitive and fun touch to the evening. The pizza is thin and tasty: good, although the charred crusts were a little... crunchy. Let's say that we gave the compost a good hand, with quite a bit of waste. I will talk about this "experience" for years. Highly recommended, but only on weekdays, and especially in the early evening.
