27/09/2025: Even though it's changed management, even though it's changed its name, it's still an excellent pizzeria. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. The platters are large, varied, and not terribly expensive. The only flaw... It feels like the service and management is similar to a Formula 1 pit stop. We'd literally been seated for seven minutes, and one of our guests had gone to the bathroom. After about another 10 minutes, they returned, quite agitated, to ask again for drinks. At least, they managed to get our pizza orders in the meantime. Within 10 minutes, the pizzas arrived—and I repeat, delicious—and after half an hour, they came to ask, with the pizzas still half-finished, if they could collect the diners who might have finished their dessert. After about another quarter of an hour, noticing that we'd all finished our pizzas, they asked the other diners if they wanted to order dessert, and maybe even an after-dinner drink like alcoholic drinks or coffee. It wasn't a packed evening, which required a change of tables, but they were unusually fast, so much so that we felt compelled to pack up. And it wasn't late, it was 9:20.
