Pizza dal DOC In Genova

I discovered Pizzeria al Doc last year thanks to a friend, and I haven't changed pizzerias in the area since. Deliveries are always on time, and the service is truly well-organized. The pizza is truly good, so much so that I've even told them so in person over the phone on more than one occasion. Quality ingredients, and the pizza is always delicious. The delivery guys are also very kind and courteous, which isn't always a given. Once, there was a small glitch: the pizza arrived cold due to a mix-up with another customer. I reported it, and they remade it with no problem, bringing it back piping hot and very quickly. That really makes the difference for me: being able to recognize a mistake and fix it immediately with professionalism. Nothing to say, five stars more than deserved. Keep it up, guys, full steam ahead 👏🍕

It's definitely the best pizzeria in the area: excellent dough, good ingredients, and easy to digest. I only have one piece of advice: please change the fries! They often turn out soggy and tasteless. Get a more traditional brand.
