10/01/2026: I went to this restaurant just before Christmas with a large group of people who frequent the place often. There was a set menu for the evening, but unfortunately I found out about it only after a moment, and since I didn't know what it consisted of, I spoke to the staff. I have a specific allergy, to nickel, which means I have a very limited diet. The staff was very kind and attentive; they listened to what I could eat and created a perfect menu for me. They didn't panic; on the contrary, they were very thorough. For that alone, I would have given it 5 stars! But then the dishes arrived and... Simply wonderful! An appetizer with cured meats, fried foods, and mozzarella to be envied, and a spectacular cacio e pepe pasta! Creamy, with just the right amount of pepper, and not too salty... I think it's the best I've ever eaten! The other diners envied me and wanted to eat it! It was a pleasant surprise! I recommend it to everyone.
