How nice to find so many typical niche specialties that you usually only eat at home. All very fresh and delicate. Even the spring onions that seasoned the tuna were heavenly. I would say at the top. So, even if you spend a little more than expected, try to enjoy these excellent foods.

If in your life you might normally be insecure.... It happens and it's human. One thing.... have more experiences before expressing an opinion. Catering is a complex sector...being able to satisfy ourselves is sometimes not easy. But if there are special beings among you...Then the doubts disappear. Have an experience with Antonello Pirina and you would have all the answers you are missing. Food is art.... But not for everyone
