I went to this restaurant today for my nephew's graduation. I knew him by name because a few years ago I had followed his participation in the episode of 4 Ristoranti, a format hosted by Alessandro Borghese, and he had intrigued me. Already from the outside you can see a very modern and clean environment. At the entrance you are greeted by the very friendly and polite owner and staff. We were placed near the large window with a particular view, as if we were suspended in space. The food was excellent as was the service. We ate a speck and apple risotto and a vegetable lasagne: sublime!!!!! What about the baked tacks: they melted in your mouth!!!!!! They have a choice of wines for connoisseurs but I recommend getting help from them. The cake was excellent: prepared with very fresh ingredients. Well done. I will go back again.

I went to this place for a couple's dinner on a Saturday night. I must say that although the restaurant was fully booked, the environment was still pleasant, not excessively noisy, and the service was attentive and free from excessive waiting. we ordered a platter of cold cuts with potato tortel to share which turned out to be good and also plentiful, some excellent cocoa tagliatelle with venison ragout, a braised cheek which according to my diner was excellent and a slice of picanha perhaps not very tender but still good and, to finish on a sweet note, a mini sacher. We accompanied everything with a bottle of Husar from the De Tarczal winery which proves to be a good Marzemino and finished with the special house digestive in "desbugasifoni" pleasantly prepared and served by the owner of the place. I will definitely come back for dinner or just to try the "pura vida" lounge bar

Sono stato in questo locale per una cena di coppia di sabato sera. Devo dire che benché il ristorante fosse al completo l'ambiente è rimasto comunque piacevole, non eccessivamente rumoroso, e il servizio attento e privo di attese eccesive. abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di affettati con tortel di patate da dividere che si è rivelato buono e anche abbondante, delle tagliatelle al cacao con raout di cervo ottime , una guancetta brasata a detta della mia commensale ottima e una tagliata di picanha forse quest' ultima non tenerissima ma comunque buona e, per finire in dolcezza una mini sacher. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una bottiglia di Husar della cantina De Tarczal che si conferma un buon Marzemino e terminato con lo speciale digestivo della casa in " desbugasifoni" simpaticamente preparato e servito dal titolare del locale. Sicuramente tornerò per cena o anche solo per provare il lounge bar " pura vida"

Unfortunately they are not 4 full stars. The pizza is good, the price is in line with the flavour, the environment is welcoming but the staff still has a long way to go, I didn't feel welcome and too much detached professionalism in a mountain town is out of place.
