A refined restaurant in an enchanting setting. Excellent dishes, explained and served with professionalism and courtesy. Excellent value.

The place could use a less cheesy sign and more attention to detail (glasses that aren't large and colorful, tablecloths that aren't torn at the edges, air conditioning or at least a dehumidifier inside, a fixed bathroom door, a window that can be tinted, at least because windows get dirty so easily, and a more intimate and refined outdoor area because we chose to dine inside due to the wind). I say this because the overall concept is beautiful and the staff is a perfect blend of formal and informal. The dishes are excellent, and you can sense a precise style even in the cooking of a "simple" picanha. The dessert (strudel) was perfect. The bill was reasonable. For two, we spent €80 for an aperitif, water, picanha with potatoes and caramelized onions, and a strudel with ice cream. Our diet and the distance from home didn't allow us to indulge in any particular indulgences, so I can evaluate what I can.

We went for lunch today. We were passing through on our way back from Dimaro and saw this restaurant in a truly beautiful and welcoming location. Alessio, the owner, welcomed us, and was extremely kind. The service was excellent. The first courses were spectacular, from ravioli to tagliatelle. The second courses were also impressive, with their typical Trentino meats. The quality of the ingredients was sensational and meticulously crafted for every dish. My compliments! We'll definitely be back if we're in the area! 👏🏻

Wonderful anniversary in the company of Alessio the owner, a special person, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, excellent quality... highly recommended, you feel at home

Truly interesting and spectacular pizzas. It's a shame that, tempted by the bread basket and especially the unique breadsticks, we were already a bit full. We'll definitely be back!

Hidden gem of our trip to Caldonazzo. Didn't eat pizza, but had lunch twice. Real Italian cuisine with many different flavors in the dishes. The pasta with shrimp, lime and bisque was fantastic. So good that we went back on the last day. Also ate very well then. Nice owner with a heart for the dishes. Big tip.

Great atmosphere, good staff, refined cuisine and pleasant surprises

Sono stato in questo locale per una cena di coppia di sabato sera. Devo dire che benché il ristorante fosse al completo l'ambiente è rimasto comunque piacevole, non eccessivamente rumoroso, e il servizio attento e privo di attese eccesive. abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di affettati con tortel di patate da dividere che si è rivelato buono e anche abbondante, delle tagliatelle al cacao con raout di cervo ottime , una guancetta brasata a detta della mia commensale ottima e una tagliata di picanha forse quest' ultima non tenerissima ma comunque buona e, per finire in dolcezza una mini sacher. Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una bottiglia di Husar della cantina De Tarczal che si conferma un buon Marzemino e terminato con lo speciale digestivo della casa in " desbugasifoni" simpaticamente preparato e servito dal titolare del locale. Sicuramente tornerò per cena o anche solo per provare il lounge bar " pura vida"

Clima piacevole e confortevole. Personale attento e gentile, il menu strizza un occhio alla tradizione...ma crea piatti nuovi e non noiosi. Tornerò ad assaggiare la pizza
