Typical dinner based on tortei, cured meats, cheeses, very good, very soft ribs, bones, cabbage, beans, carpaccio. All very good, especially the potato cake which we had never tried before. Excellent desserts. All homemade.

We stopped by chance at this establishment after the walk to the suspension bridge. Small but well-kept place, one of those old-fashioned ones, waitresses with kind manners, owner perhaps a little more grumpy or perhaps just a hillbilly.. still excellent food!! I paired spretzels, tagliatelle and venison stew... all delicious. Really fair cost, I'm not mistaken 55 euros or a little more. Advised

04/02/2025: Ristorante posto al primo piano del rifugio. Al piano terra il self service non oggetto di valutazione. Il ristorante è elegante, anche considerato che si tratta di una baita in alta quota, con una bella apparecchiatura. Personale competente e gentile. Ottimi sia i primi che i secondi. Unica nota dolente i dolci. Sia lo strudel rivisitato sia il Tiramisù scomposto sono risultati al di sotto delle aspettative. Molto meglio optare per una buona pasticceria tradizionale. Questa parte del menù impedisce di dare un voto ottimo che sarebbe stato per tutto il resto più che meritato. Torneremo ma non prenderemo più i dolci.
18/01/2025: Mangiare in un panorama così non ha prezzo.. O meglio un po' altino ma una volta che si sta lì si fa, sarebbe bene non approfittarsene! Cibo e servizio comunque molto buono con varia scelta :)

28/12/2024: I had dinner here two nights in a row. I enjoyed the gnocchi with beef ragout and the soy spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. The quality/price ratio is good, the environment clean and without frills. Note of merit for the staff, kind and attentive.
