Piccolo Hotel Gurschler In Senales

A quiet, peaceful hotel with friendly staff and located closest to the gondola 👍

I can't comment on the room. The food was delicious. The price/performance ratio is good. The only downside was that I didn't find the server particularly friendly! It was different in the adjoining bistro across the street!

My husband and I stayed at this small hotel from August 14th to 17th. We escaped the oppressive heat of mid-August. The hotel is a bit dated and in need of a makeover. When we first arrived, the room had a musty smell and the balcony was dusty. Luckily, the cleaning lady was efficient. We ate well on the second evening (a candlelit dinner) and at breakfast. I don't understand why, after handing over our documents, we found them the next evening on our dining table... that's not fair, other guests could see them! (Personal data is private) I think it's a hotel more suitable for those who ski in the winter, in the snow. The location and the nature of the high-altitude mountain are beautiful. Helpful staff.

We had a delicious dinner here, very nice service.

The rooms are good but not very new. The wellness area is recommended and has something for everyone. The breakfast offers a wide selection, but it was clearly noticeable who was responsible for refilling/setting up the food.
