I've rarely eaten a pizza that was worthy of being eaten whole.
It was the perfect blend of thin crust and crispy crust that made the pizza a culinary experience.
The waiter was very friendly, and even with several unusual requests, he remained calm and didn't have that typical waiter grin on his face, but was genuine.
The chef was also the epitome of calm and relaxed, stress far from the surface.
The white wine I had was mellow, and the price/performance ratio was very good.
I'd love to go back for pizza, but my girls are worried I'll overdo it :-)
So, with a wink, I'll be back anytime, if I can!

Delicious pizza with a light crust, fantastic hospitality, and an equally delicious Tuscan appetizer made with excellent ingredients.

The schiacciatina and the pizza were very good. The crispy dough makes me think some fat (lard?) was added.

I've known Bibbona since 1984, when this bar was still small and the owner hadn't even been born yet (at least I think so) ;-)
What has been built here with heart, perseverance, and a love for good things—be it coffee, food, drinks, and aperitifs—deserves respect. And if you need anything, just ask and it will be given to you.
There's something for everyone, at any time of day, and everyone is welcome. The food is good and the price is low.
Your Bibbona experience isn't complete without a visit here <3
