Pianeta Pizza In Ravenna

I used to come to this pizzeria over five years ago and recently returned: the pizza is excellent, as always. The dough, in my opinion, was one of the best I've ever eaten. I had a pizza with tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and spicy salami. The tomato sauce was delicious, and the spicy salami was just right. The dough also holds up very well despite the buffalo mozzarella. Congratulations, the pizza has always been excellent. I ordered takeout, but there's still space available on site.

Delicious pizza! Perfect dough, exceptional, top-quality tomatoes, delicious buffalo mozzarella, and super-flavorful spicy salami, with generous toppings. I'll definitely be back. Impeccable service, super punctual. Kudos also to the staff, who are very courteous and helpful. I can't wait to eat another pizza 😋

Delicious pizza, the logs next to the oven bode well, reasonable prices, and a short wait. Minus points for the lack of olive oil and the incredibly high temperature.
