I rarely write reviews, but this flatbread was the bomb. Perfectly cooked, large, and filling, and not to mention the price... Salmon and avocado (two very expensive ingredients) in a flatbread at an extremely affordable price. Recommended!

Delicious vegan Salento piadina, with a truly special 10-grain dough, including the whole-wheat version. Local ingredients like fava beans and chicory, and premium plant-based ingredients like seitan. Giulia is kind, welcoming, professional, and happy to customize the piadinas on the menu. 12/10/2025: A regular stop on my bike rides. The staff is always friendly and cheerful; the coffee and pastries are excellent. The view from the dining room is always pleasant. I recommend Bar Centrale in Tavoleto.
10/10/2025: Classic village cafe right on the main road, ideal for a coffee break while cycling.
