Very good food. Mediterranean fine dining. Great ambiance with a view of Lake Kaltern.

Well, the food was very well prepared. Some with good value for money such a the starter plate, others too pricey in my opinion. Although I loved the sign “Not you again” by the entrance, the atmosphere at the restaurant was my biggest problem.

14/04/2025: Small portions for high prices with an average experience overall. Although the great service, i personally believe there are better food options in the town.
12/03/2025: Excellent service and very helpful staff. Excellent location, very comfortable; excellent cellar. The only negative thing is the absence of parking (if we don't count the Miara one)

30/04/2025: I booked here for the meat given the fame and awards it has received. I had booked for 5 the day before and when we arrived the table wasn't even ready. We could be seated almost immediately but it had to be prepared in advance given the reservation. The staff is very friendly but perhaps it should be pointed out immediately that the meat must be ordered by a specific waiter given his great expertise in the matter. In fact, a friend of mine and I took a Chianina steak. Initially we wanted to get a Spanish meat but the waiter told us it was out of stock. After paying we noticed that there were still quite a few cuts in the display case. I was a little disappointed by this. The fact is that when ordering the cut the waiter was very competent, advising us on what cooking to use with which cut, the minimum recommended weight and what type of meat. After cutting the Florentine he brings it to the table to present it and weigh it, which we didn't expect but was very welcome. After waiting for the right amount of time, he cuts it (obviously) at the table, also describing the different parts such as sirloin etc. It was a Dry Aged meat with a blending of 4 months. Needless to say, it was truly sublime. Excellent quality, crazy flavor and there wasn't even a drop of "blood" on the plate. The prices are high, there's no hiding this and they are per hectogram, not per kilo. From 12 to 14/100g (side dishes costing €10 on average). It is high, but given the service and the quality of the meat from our point of view there are no objections. Another friend of mine at the table had a hamburger. It was quite large but he said it was very digestible and really good.
21/04/2025: Absolutely best food in the area every bite is perfection no matter what you order it will melt in your mouth from food to drinks its just all heavenly good the service staff and owners are friendly and always with a smile great atmosphere. They make every meal an absolute unforgettable experience
