We went in to sit at a table and have two coffees with cream and cinnamon, a bacio di Alassio. The table was dirty with other people's crumbs, no problem, but they didn't think to clean it up. They didn't serve the cream with cinnamon, but with cocoa. It wasn't a bacio di Alassio, but a bacio di dama, which at least we had changed. Bathroom...the inside bathroom door was slightly off-center and therefore couldn't be closed, and there was no way to lock the outside door. Fortunately, no one came in in the meantime. Good coffee and normal cream. Nice place, but...

I often go there for breakfast, a guarantee, very high quality.... the only criticism would be if they could add the price of the croissants

One of the best pastry shops in Genoa! When I need a cake for a special celebration, I immediately think of Traverso.
I ordered the cake for my daughter's baptism a while ago. It was delicious and beautifully decorated. I can honestly say we made a great impression with that cake👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Also, I was very pleased to meet Traverso; he's a truly nice person.

Delicious pastries. It's hard to say more.
Flaws... Impossible to find parking.
Pricey, but considering the quality and portions, it's acceptable.

The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and you immediately feel at home, making you slow down and enjoy the moment.
The desserts are carefully prepared, fresh, balanced, and full of flavor, without ever being heavy.
The staff is kind, smiling, and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A truly worthwhile stop: high quality, a pleasant atmosphere, and service that makes you feel pampered. I will definitely be back.
