Hello everyone! On Sunday, May 18, we celebrated our children's First Communion at the trattoria "La Campora" in Serra Ricco'. When we booked, they told us that if we wanted, they could get the cake from the Traverso pastry shop! I know the pastry shop well, so at that moment, I confidently accepted Mrs. Gianna's proposal! I knew I would make a great impression, but I didn't think to that extent!!! Those who know "La Campora" know that you can eat very well and a lot, so when it came to the cake, specifically two tarts with custard, strawberries and berries, I didn't expect people to even get three! They ate it several times, because it was spectacular! I'm really happy and thank you so much!!!!

I bought a cake from Traverso today and it was simply delicious. In addition to being very beautiful! It was gone in a flash. I hadn't been there for many years, it was a very pleasant return! Congratulations! The pastries were also really inviting. We will try them soon!

I ordered a gluten-free cake for my son's First Communion...spectacular! Delicious, the guests complimented me and could hardly believe it was gluten-free. I absolutely recommend it.

I often go for breakfast and the products are truly delicious. I had a birthday cake made, the result was excellent both in taste and appearance. Punctual preparation and 5 star result! Really good. Compliments!

I'm rarely in the area, and I've been meaning to stop for a taste for a long time; the name is very well known in the city, and as always in these cases, I hope that the premises are not disappointed...
The place is extremely elegant and tasteful: not only does it almost clash with the surrounding environment, but it really feels like being in a Turin cafe!!
Wholemeal with raspberries and Venetian with zabaglione. The dough and the puff pastry are truly exceptional, as is the raspberry jam (minus the zabaglione, an often 'difficult' cream of which I have rarely found the exact form, but still good).
The only comment I feel like making is the opulence: if I have excellent ingredients, pushing on the quantity doesn't necessarily improve the result, even from a banally 'mechanical' point of view; I believe that between the greed of certain Genoese restaurants and too much, there are virtuous middle solutions :-)
