A simple place by the roadside, but with a huge surprise: we tried a bread with smoked pork, prepared with spices and a touch of olive oil. Nothing more: bread and meat, no toppings... and it doesn't need anything else! The flavor is spectacular. We paired it with Peroni and a cappuccino, and everyone who came was delighted. Highly recommended, five stars without hesitation.

We had a wonderful lunch at this family-run, homey restaurant. The ingredients are high-quality (from the porchetta to the cured meats and dairy products), the staff is friendly and courteous, and the prices are reasonable. A great experience!

20/08/2025: We were there for an aperitif; very good wine, a large selection of drinks, regional beer, and a gin and tonic! They offer generous snacks (chips, peanuts, and even fries). Excellent value for money! In the evening, it's a great place to linger and meet people. Friendly service, who were very keen to answer our questions about Soriano nel Cimino. The atmosphere is cozy and conducive to good conversation.
