I met Stefano Bianco, through a friend, through the pastry shop. What to say? impeccable, cleanliness and order of the pastries perfect and sublime. A wonderful thing to see for the eyes as well as goodness for the palate. An important and positive note, each pastry has the name of the product and how it is made. Something I rarely find in other pastry shops. As for the cake, it was my 40th wedding anniversary. Stunning cake, but the freshness of the cream and the taste were sublime. I went around and around various pastry shops in Lecce, and honestly they are very good, obviously there are some who sin. But Stefano is a spectacle, when I tasted the cream that garnished the cake, you could see that it wasn't stringy or packaged from the 1500s but was fresh, this is what underlines the quality and impeccable service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do, the passion shows.

In my opinion, the best pastry in Lecce: light, crunchy, the ingredients are all of excellent quality. It makes me nostalgic for my French holiday! The girls who serve the tables are very friendly, the owner kind and smiling.

A little corner of paradise... It is difficult to find such delicious desserts in other places, aesthetically well cared for and with a unique flavour, the result of an absolute love for pastry making. Stefano speaks for himself. She is an incredible professional, with an immeasurable passion for her work as well as being a very helpful person, ready to listen to all her clients' requests and try to satisfy them.
Lately, panettone has been a surprise, soft, fragrant and rich in flavour. I appreciated the variety of versions offered, from the classic recipe to the more innovative ones, such as the pistachio and salted caramel one. I served it during New Year's Eve dinner and it was a success.
At the Stefano Bianco pastry shop I noticed how it manages to combine tradition and innovation. Traditional desserts are enhanced in their authenticity, while the more modern creations surprise with their originality and creativity. I think it's the perfect balance between past and present. Here, for me, you can savor tradition without giving up a touch of novelty.
Very clean and welcoming place. Friendly and pleasant staff attentive to customers.

What can I say, we often go to the Bianco bar, especially in the afternoon to have a snack!
Excellent quality products with a delicate flavour, the boy who runs the bar is the sweetest, nicest and most polite!!!!
The only flaw is the parking, we never find any😂♥️

We discovered this fantastic patisserie on holiday. The products are exquisite, we have tasted several and none have disappointed us. The pasticciotti are the best we have tasted. The staff is kind, courteous and helpful, the atmosphere welcoming and familiar.
