Sorelle is a true institution in our neighborhood, a testament to the mastery of generations of top-level pastry chefs. The owners, who are also the creators of the confectionery creations, stand out as true masters of the pastry art. The restaurant stands out for the care of the rooms, the historical elegance and the attention to exquisite quality ingredients, making it a jewel of a superior category. However, this very excellence seems ill-suited to the context of the neighborhood, where the demand may not correspond to such a high-level proposal. This discrepancy is unfortunately reflected in the speed of "replacement" of the products: the desserts are not always at their freshest. Furthermore, the place, especially in the evening, is not frequented by people of a caliber commensurate with the prestige and refinement of the environment. It is a shame that such excellence risks not expressing its full potential, probably due to a lack of balance between the offer and the needs of the area. I hope that this aspect will be reviewed, because "Dalle Sorelle" deserves to be valorised to the fullest for the treasure it represents.

Honestly, I don't think I'm exaggerating by writing that here I ate the best Riccia Sfogliatella and tasted the best coffee in all of Naples. Congratulations and Thanks.

Average pastry shop excellent for the location, fairly good desserts, slightly burnt coffee in our opinion, a bit of confusion in the management of the external tables but in the end it can be done for a breakfast without huge demands!

I am Neapolitan and I must admit that it is difficult to find such a good puff pastry croissant, very balanced in flavours, fragrant, truly spectacular! Inexpensive and with a laboratory in sight while you enjoy the coffee!
