Exceptional ice cream and lots of friendliness

A deaf friend of mine and I came to Rieti from Rome and, after a tiring morning, we really needed a break... What can I say... we were very satisfied with this place! The lady who welcomed us was very kind, despite the communication difficulties she didn't lose her temper or snort. Smiling, he tried to understand what we wanted and was able to explain the flavors of the cream puffs which are nothing short of perfect to accompany a coffee! (it's one of the few times that someone doesn't treat Deaf people like idiots: that they don't shout, that they only speak if you're looking at them and that they don't try to dismiss you immediately) They also have many other beautiful (and delicious) mignons and chocolates of all kinds. As soon as I entered, however, the gingerbread men caught my eye and so I took two home. Here too the service was impeccable, the lady asked me if it was a gift and explained that, if so, she would have made a small gift package. It may have been just a small detail but in other places it doesn't matter what you buy, they throw the product in a sachet and you just have to hope that it arrives home in one piece... Very honest prices: 3 mignons, ginseng, cappuccino and 2 gingerbread biscuits all €7.50. When I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back! Thank you ❤️
