Bobbio's new bakery was a wonderful discovery. Fragrant bread, aromas that greet you as soon as you step inside, and a craftsmanship that comes through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the passion of those working behind the counter. The focaccias and desserts are also excellent, always fresh. A simple yet authentic place, where you'll want to return because every product has a soul. Highly recommended.

Good price and reasonable wait times.
THEY ALWAYS HAVE TAPIOCA PEARLS, which isn't a given given the lengthy preparation time.
I can't wait to try their freshly prepared street food options too :)
