I want to congratulate Zuccaro and all his staff for their great professionalism and respect for others, qualities that emerge especially in critical situations. On Friday 25 October I was having breakfast in this nice place, when a girl with obvious character difficulties came in. Even though the bar was very crowded, the staff welcomed and served her with extreme kindness. After having a coffee, the barista - I think her name is Antonella - politely asked her to move slightly. The girl, however, dropped the cup and, for no reason, started railing against her with very vulgar words, putting Antonella in an unpleasant situation in front of all the customers. What struck me was the professionalism of the staff: instead of reacting, they remained calm, understanding the situation, and managed to manage the moment with a smile, almost taking responsibility for calming the atmosphere. This gesture denotes great respect and a profound ability to understand people, even those experiencing difficult times. Congratulations to the entire Zuccaro team for the work they do every day and for the human quality they demonstrate.

What delights! I found this pastry through Google and we were not disappointed: it was delicious. The small family of French tourists was very well received, we were able to eat on site and carefully taste the chosen assortment.
