Everything in the right harmony the smell of coffee and baked goods stimulate the senses of taste sight smell and you feel blissful service very nice I will add that our knowledge of the language is less than minimum ♥️ this is a point in Sottomarina that must be visited I absolutely love Italy 🇮🇹 and I will come back to this place and I invite you too

09/09/2025: My family and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the grounds were clean. The only flaw, if anything, was that the greenery was a little more cared for, which would be an even bigger plus. Tizè is a gem. Don't let it go.
22/08/2025: Top quality/price ratio. Apartments and furniture are dated but functional. Cleaning is not bad. Located in the middle of nature with an Olympic-sized swimming pool with entertainment for children and adults. I recommend it for those who are not demanding. It is not a luxurious place but the price is not either. The 3 of us are very happy.

17/08/2025: Perfect for starting the day with an espresso, ice cream, small snacks, or breakfast. Right next to the supermarket and the small shopping mall. It's as beautiful as ever, and the staff is as friendly and efficient as ever. We'll be back soon for our morning espresso. All the best.
