Pasticceria Linda In Pergine valsugana

Linda has been my go-to place for over twenty years every time I visit Garfagnana. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, and the prices are fair.

Good home cooking, Tuscan specialties, with outdoor seating in a cool garden, and a good quality-price ratio.

I happened to stop by with my wife and daughter. The place was packed, and they asked if we could sit on the sidewalk in the garden. They were very kind, so we accepted! Let me start by saying, classic traditional Tuscan cuisine, a truly AMAZING discovery. We ordered an appetizer for three, just to sample, and everything was delicious. Then we ordered three first courses: tagliatella with ragu, tagliatella with mushrooms, and lasagna with artichokes and mushrooms. Homemade pasta (special), excellent ingredients, and well-cooked. For second courses, we ordered tagliata (very tender and perfectly cooked) and escalope with chips. Everything was delicious, too! Great price, thank you! So happy to have discovered you...!!

I had dinner with my partner and another couple. Typical home-made dishes, excellent. I highly recommend it 🤩🤩🤩

Spartan place but very kind and genuine, abundant and very good food!

The place is dated but pleasant, but the dishes didn't excite me; in fact, I'd say I was quite disappointed.

Non riesco a concepire le persone che scrivono recensioni negative a questa pasticceria. I proprietari sono super simpatici, efficienti, disponibili e amichevoli. La bravura e la capacità di Linda non è in discussione. Quando dobbiamo ordinare una torta veniamo sempre qua... battesimo, cresima, matrimonio. Andiamo matti per le torte a base pan di Spagna e crema chantilly, ma soprattutto per le millefoglie. Poi non dimentichiamo le paste, i baba, i cantucci, le girelle. Solo a scrivere mi viene la colina. Lo consiglio vivamente e, mentre aspettate, vi suggerisco di fare 2 chiacchiere con i proprietari davanti a un trento doc.
