I had a cake made for a baptism, showing a model and they recreated it perfectly!

For me truly the best. There isn't a time I haven't been satisfied! It has been our family reference for Sunday desserts and special occasions for years now! For us, every birthday and event presupposes their creation! The quality of the products is truly top and the skill of the cake designer is truly incredible! All the breakfast preparations and fantastic coffee are also excellent! Polite and friendly staff. Overall, highly recommended!

Il TOP! Il Top della Pasticceria Napoletana (...e quindi sul podio mondiale!) da decenni ormai! I dolci della nostra tradizione trovano qui la loro confort zone! Nel lasciarsi creare, scaldare, lievitare e decorare dalle espertissime mani dei maestri pasticcieri, per poi... sublimarsi in assaggi che ci incanteranno facendoci tornare bambini, in preda a soli, gustosi istinti goderecci!
E così, nel mezzo del cammin di nostra vita mi ritrovai in questa pasticceria... e mi persi tra sfogliatelle e coccole senza fine!
Entrando (dalla storica strada che fu scenario della prima scintilla della liberazione napoletana nel '43, altro motivo di visita...) si viene accolti da personale gentilissimo, sempre cortese e disponibile (veri e propri Angeli! Altro che Umpa Lumpa!) e mentre il ns sguardo si confonde tra colori cremosi e sogni di panna, veniamo guidati in ardue scelte tra dolci freschi al cioccolato e secchi alle mandorle, dalla 7 veli alle mille voglie (lapsus "foglie") o bellissime torte decorate a tema (i cui dettagli evidenziano la grande professionalità ed esperienza).
Io però mi lascio attrarre dai must intramontabili del regno: come la rivoluzionaria testa di moro e il Re babà, senza tralasciare le beate zeppole di San Giuseppe! Ma ai sudditi si sa, piaccciono le Chiacchiere (di tutti i tipi!) davanti a un buon caffé e dove berlo se non nell'accogliente casa Liccardo?
Insomma, se non si è ancora capito, sono rimasto rapito! Lasciate ogni amarezza oh voi che entrate! Benvenuti nella vera fabbrica dei sogni, nel regno dei desideri!

The TOP! The Top of Neapolitan Pastry (...and therefore on the world podium!) for decades now! Our traditional desserts find their comfort zone here! In allowing ourselves to be created, heated, leavened and decorated by the expert hands of master pastry chefs, and then... sublimated into tastings that will enchant us, making us feel like children again, prey to our own tasty, pleasure-loving instincts!
And so, in the middle of our life's journey I found myself in this pastry shop... and I lost myself among puff pastries and endless cuddles!
Upon entering (from the historic street which was the scene of the first spark of the Neapolitan liberation in '43, another reason to visit...) you are greeted by very kind staff, always courteous and helpful (true Angels! More than Umpa Loompa!) and while our gaze is confused between creamy colors and dreams of cream, we are guided in arduous choices between fresh chocolate desserts and dried almond desserts, from 7 veli to a thousand cravings (lapsus "leaves") or beautiful cakes decorated in a theme (the details of which highlight the great professionalism and experience).
However, I let myself be attracted by the timeless musts of the kingdom: such as the revolutionary dark brown head and the Baba King, without forgetting the blessed zeppole of San Giuseppe! But as we know, the subjects like chatter (of all types!) over a good coffee and where to drink it if not in the welcoming Liccardo home?
In short, if you haven't understood yet, I was hooked! Leave all bitterness, oh you who enter! Welcome to the real dream factory, the kingdom of desires!

I ordered a caprese for my name day, the taste was incredible people are still complimenting me on it. Not everyone can make a good caprese, usually other pastry chefs use almond flavorings which only ruin the flavour. At LIccardo it's a completely different story! ❤️
