12/08/2024: Excellent dinner experience with Salvatore and his staff who welcomed us warmly and accompanied us in tasting the local dishes. Antipasto bacco di vino absolutely recommended with 8 hot and cold courses and then continued with excellent first courses (the paccheri with swordfish were sublime) and second courses of fish (the double-prepared seared tuna was excellent and, personally, I preferred the one with onions caramelized tropea, simply wow, you can find it in the photo, another pistachio variant). All accompanied by wines from local cellars. What more could you want? Well done, choice of raw materials and skill in processing them are a guarantee of success. See you soon, we will definitely be back! Ps. Special mention for the sardine at the beginning of dinner, simply crazy.
