Pasticceria La Iacona In Genova

08/07/2024: Breakfast at Queirolo. We have been to Rapallo 3-4 times and usually stay in the centre. We found this is the best cafe for breakfast for us. Two 'cappuccinos', senza schiuma e molto caldo. Unlike most other cafes we actually did get hot coffees, unlike most of the luke warm servings around the rest of Italy. With a Pain au cioccolato for my husband usually and a plain croissant for me, the total came to 5 euros. Everything was fresh and occasionally we popped in to also have a small strawberry tart. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and we could practise speaking some Italian. Hoping to go back to Europe and Italy, especially Rapallo and this cafe again.

31/03/2024: The best croissants ever. Never change the recipe. It's perfect like this. We don't refuse even a little bigger, never smaller!! Well done. I also had the opportunity to taste them in Zoagli where I usually spend my holidays but unfortunately, recently, the bars that served them no longer have them... I'm very sad. Can't you suggest them to some of the local bars or historic shops (I suggest the commercial army open all year round 'Alimentari - Ancient flavors in via XX Settembre. It would be perfect. It's very popular.)
