For me, these are the best croissants in the world. I've never found dough like this anywhere else, and I've traveled the world far and wide in search of gastronomic delicacies.

I have always been a customer of this pastry shop, I always bought for the whole family, my daughter and I are celiac since they introduced this new gluten-free food production service we are happier than ever, now we have the opportunity to eat very fresh and delicious things, I can say that in Mazara it was one of the best things that has happened in recent years and those who are celiac know what I'm talking about, the wonderful sensation of having a fragrant croissant freshly baked a fresh ravioli an arancina, I'm not here to list everything, absolute pleasure, everything good, fresh and quality, then the kindness of the staff and those who take care of managing everything in the best way, are a positive addition, I am very satisfied, thank you La Dolcissima pastry shop, thanks to all the staff

GLUTEN FREE...... TOP TOP!!!!! Start with breakfast: Sicilian cannoli Lunch: meat or ham and mozzarella arancini, lactose-free if I'm not mistaken. Fried on the spot, a few minutes' wait. 1 small pizza, filled with ragù. 1 fried pizza with ham and mozzarella. I also take away a small tray of almond paste cookies, which I try after dinner: spectacular almond paste, so soft, I've never tasted like it... And I forgot, I also bought 2 Genovesi, 1 ricotta, and 1 cream, for tomorrow... All for €18.30. This is the real Sicily... Thank you

We left the Kasbah in search of an ice cream parlor to beat the August heat. Without a doubt, one of the best ice cream shops in Sicily. It's also a café and pastry shop, a world of its own for lovers of sweets. It's worth going off the beaten tourist track to get here.

The place is well stocked with everything from savoury to sweet, with the option of also eating gluten-free, everything is very good.

I've been coming to Mazara on vacation for a few years now, and I knew Dolcissima for the quality of its pastries and baked goods. But this year, since my wife is celiac, we had a wonderful surprise: they joined the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) with a wide assortment of excellent gluten-free products. Here, celiacs can enjoy spectacular cannoli and much more. So, anyone passing through should definitely stop by Dolcissima.
