GLUTEN FREE...... TOP TOP!!!!! Start with breakfast: Sicilian cannoli Lunch: meat or ham and mozzarella arancini, lactose-free if I'm not mistaken. Fried on the spot, a few minutes' wait. 1 small pizza, filled with ragù. 1 fried pizza with ham and mozzarella. I also take away a small tray of almond paste cookies, which I try after dinner: spectacular almond paste, so soft, I've never tasted like it... And I forgot, I also bought 2 Genovesi, 1 ricotta, and 1 cream, for tomorrow... All for €18.30. This is the real Sicily... Thank you

We left the Kasbah in search of an ice cream parlor to beat the August heat. Without a doubt, one of the best ice cream shops in Sicily. It's also a café and pastry shop, a world of its own for lovers of sweets. It's worth going off the beaten tourist track to get here.
