Trovandoci a Napoli per una notte e alloggiando presso l'hotel proprio di fianco, non potevamo non notare questa bella e fornitissima pasticceria. Dopo il check-in in hotel ci siamo fiondati ad acquistare un cabaret di dolci tipici da mangiare dopo cena. Babà, sfogliatelle e pastiera: bontà assoluta. Il giorno dopo, prima di ripartire, siamo tornati per acquistare il Babà sottovetro (vaso cottura) da portare ad una cara amica che ha apprezzato tantissimo. La gentilezza e la simpatia dello staff, soprattutto del signore che stava alla cassa, ha reso ancor più bella l'ottima esperienza e il piacevole ricordo di questa pasticceria in cui contiamo di tornare quando passeremo nuovamente per Napoli.

We got to know this pastry shop because we were staying in a hotel near Secondigliano, it was a wonderful discovery... everything was delicious and very fresh, we also bought the babà in a cooking jar to take it to Sicily. When we tasted it it was a delight for the senses... delicious as just made... truly compliments

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always smiling and helpful, making every visit a pleasure. The strong point of the bar is certainly the desserts: every day there are new fresh delights, such as the small pastry shop through to homemade cakes that are simply irresistible. Furthermore, the attention to detail is evident: the products are of high quality and you can perceive the passion with which they are prepared. The prices are honest and, considering the quality of the proposals, represent an excellent quality-price ratio. In summary, the Galiero bar is the ideal place to start the day on the right foot.
