26/10/2025: Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Reasonably timely service. Excellent dough, leavened to perfection, perfectly cooked with no charred spots (except for a couple of bubbles). This is not a given. I haven't found the same attention to cooking with extensive charring at other more renowned pizzerias. I forgot... the clean bottom of the dough with no residue from previous cooking indicates careful maintenance and cleaning of the oven. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me on the menu was some pizzas with nickel-free tomato sauce! Many types of pizzas, both red and white, and fried, all of excellent quality. I tried the supplí and they seemed good. Various types of beer (on tap, if I remember correctly, Hollebrau: lager, white, and double malt) and bottled Leffe.
