A quality artisanal pastry shop with an adjoining café. You enter an artisanal workshop open to all and experience the quality firsthand. I think it's one of the absolute best in all of Salento.

12/06/2025: Dopo qualche esperienza negativa abbiamo provato questa pizzeria ristorante leggermente defilata rispetto al centro per una cena . La pizza è fantastica,lievitazione perfetta ,bordo alto,cottura ed impasto ottimo . Il personale estremamente gentile ed i prezzi onestissimi . Consiglio vivamente di provarla se passate di qua ..dimenticavo ..l'atmosfera del locale ottima con luci soffuse e musica di sottofondo adatta ed ad un volume soft. Bravi continuate a distinguervi

30/08/2025: Unique place with a stunning view of the castle. Children can play safely. Excellent food with a wide range of products. Like the gluten-free pizza bombette fries with cacio e pepe.... Minimal wait. With kind and cheerful service. Price in line with the portion. I was blown away.
