The quality is always high, even though they've become an industry, especially in turning out this now-mythical "Gone with the Wind." The rotisserie products are also good. Excellent value for money. Given the location, it's always impossible to park...but you can always find a way 😉

A sweet novelty. A well-known and beloved pastry shop on the eastern outskirts of Naples, behind the Dedecà shopping center. Their signature treat is "Gone with the Wind," but inside there's a riot of sweets, you're spoiled for choice. Anyway, I wanted to try this pastry that everyone raves about, and beware, the others found elsewhere are just imitations. I bought 10 (but they left me an extra in the box; they weren't mistaken, it's their prerogative)—mixed, plain, cream, pistachio, hazelnut, and Nutella. On the surface, they look like biscuits, with a browned and firm surface, but inside lies the real surprise: a soft, juicy, almost moist pastry, yet incredibly light. The flavor is a true blend of balanced sweetness, without being overly cloyingly sugary. They're easy to eat one after the other, and in a gust of wind, the box remains empty. In my opinion, if they skipped the powdered sugar, they'd be better. But tastes are different. Definitely worth a try.

50-minute queue for 12 numbers, all pre-orders moved forward. Prices increased for Christmas, even weighing it by eye at €24/kg, lack of selection... what can I say... I hope they're at least good...

I ordered the Gone with the Wind through a Glovo delivery service to bring them to a dinner with friends. Once I opened the box, the cakes were completely upside down, and since they were filled, you can imagine. It's a shame because they're basically very good. Perhaps the industrial creams don't have much to do with the freshness of the pastry. Tell the delivery service to be careful.
