Wide choice of pastries and desserts. I ate a fabulous carrot cake, my husband a fabulous cream Venetian. Top cappuccinos, creamy milk and good coffee. If we return to Pergine, we will definitely return to this pastry shop.

Very good pastry shop, excellent opportunity to sit at the tables outside in the warmer months. The only flaw is the service linked to this option: several times, in spring, I had to wait 10 minutes just to order, with the place half empty and 2 external tables occupied..

I have been going to Carlin for two years now and I have always found impeccable service, very friendly and attentive staff and the products are of excellent quality. In my opinion the best pasta in all of Trento!

Very good cappuccino, Illy after all but, dry "maritozzo", blueberry Bavarian cream that was not very tasty and did not give the impression of being fresh. At least the prices are low.

21/02/2025: Their Sashi is undoubtedly and absolutely the best burger I have eaten. Product quality excels and treated perfectly in the kitchen, a perfect mix. Excellent service and a small but very welcoming and well-kept room, the toilet is a gem. Highly recommended
12/02/2025: Found by chance, it was a very pleasant discovery in the center of Vigo! Excellent choice of wines and gins from Trentino, excellent choice of dishes including superlative tartare and burgers!! Next time I come back up I will definitely come and visit you!!!
