Really good and quality pastry shop. The products are always fresh and have a high quality. In the morning it is always full but they manage the influx of customers quite well. I highly recommend it for booking cakes for events, personalized desserts and prepared according to customer requests. Mini pastry shop well stocked with a very varied and capacious pastry fridge, brioche fridge and very good and well stocked baked goods also with wholemeal choices, very good creams and they can fill the brioches even on the spot, I recommend being careful with the creams I love pistachio brioche it recently happened to me to have the cream broken up and liquid compared to usual. Wide choice of pastries and desserts. I ate a fabulous carrot cake, my husband a fabulous cream Venetian. Top cappuccinos, creamy milk and good coffee. If we return to Pergine, we will definitely return to this pastry shop.
