We are already customers of Blanche, this time too, the experience was exceptional! We ordered cookies for kindergarten and a cake to celebrate a family birthday. For the biscuits, they provided us with the entire technical data sheet with the list of ingredients used and, at our request, they reduced the sugar with great attention to detail. The result? Perfect for children and truly delicious! The cake, however, was simply extraordinary: a soft sponge cake with cream and fruit, the best we have ever tasted! Both we and our guests were thrilled. A big thank you to the girls at Le Blanch for their professionalism and passion. We will definitely be back!

My husband Andrea and I chose this pastry shop for our wedding cake because I am highly lactose intolerant. Daniele was able to fulfill my wish of having a creamy, totally lactose-free cake that I could eat like all the other guests, which is unfortunately not a given. The cake was done as we requested with beautiful decorations and the taste was super! (the guests didn't think it was lactose-free!) I really recommend the Blanche pastry shop for its attention to the inclusion of all people with food intolerances, thanks Daniele!

Very nice place and good products. The girl at the counter unfortunately seems to be doing you a favor by serving you something. Very expensive prices for a village pastry shop (two teas and two mignons €10.60)....

Without this pastry shop we poor celiacs would be doomed in the area

Here I am...I'm back again...I wanted those croissants...last time I wrote pastries...I made a mistake...sorry...in short, I really wanted to eat those.....well I succeeded....and my palate and my throat...they didn't make a mistake this time either...excellent, excellent...plus I took a small pizza...a small round pizza with courgettes and a focaccia with ham and cheese... my goodness, what can I say.....it's been years since I felt so crunchy....high....soft.... in short, everything was perfect.....very many compliments ❤️❤️ ❤️

We had a super delicious latte macchiato and an espresso. Both were topped with a tasty pistachio croissant. The employees were very friendly, only the flies were a bit annoying. It was a bit of a shame that we only came for breakfast and couldn't try the good-looking cakes.
