Pessimo servizio...nessuna cortesia nel presentarsi ....macchiatone servito freddo ...briosche industriale che si sfalda e anche di bassa qualità..per nn parlare del servizio al tavolo ..un piatto per le briosche anziché singolo ( visto il covid) e nn solo ...un solo mini tovagliolo /salviettine ! Dietro nostra richiesta di averne altre la signora si straniva!....e ne portava una! E che dire ....più...a siii i prezzi alti che nn rispecchiano né la qualità né il servizio. Adiossss

A truly positive experience: seeing a whole display case and being told, "Everything's gluten-free," and then seeing a small display case at the back labeled with gluten-free products, was truly satisfying. The welcome was very pleasant, the pastry shop is excellent, and you can also purchase packaged products made by them and others. The shop is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, and the location is unique, being on the outskirts of the city near a roundabout—very convenient, in my opinion. Overall, an excellent pastry shop with excellent service. My only complaint was a small concern raised by the waitress. When I asked for ginseng, I was told it's made with the same machine they use to make barley, so there could be contamination. Despite all this, the ginseng wasn't very good. A certified pastry shop offering ginseng with possible contamination is a major drawback, which, while it may seem insignificant, is nevertheless a serious setback for a celiac who wants absolute safety.
