I came to this gluten free bakery a few weeks ago. The pastries in general and the pancakes are in miniature format and were very good. I also tried the chocolate and cream brioche whose consistency definitely needs improvement; the lemon flavor prevails in the cream. In general therefore I found myself well although I recommend using more natural rather than artificial aromas because these good products are affected. Inside they also have a small corner where you can buy gluten-free industrial products. Jolly zero problem flour is good for pizza and bread.

We are already customers of Blanche, this time too, the experience was exceptional! We ordered cookies for kindergarten and a cake to celebrate a family birthday. For the biscuits, they provided us with the entire technical data sheet with the list of ingredients used and, at our request, they reduced the sugar with great attention to detail. The result? Perfect for children and truly delicious! The cake, however, was simply extraordinary: a soft sponge cake with cream and fruit, the best we have ever tasted! Both we and our guests were thrilled. A big thank you to the girls at Le Blanch for their professionalism and passion. We will definitely be back!
