31/10/2025: We entered this restaurant hoping to buy a three-figure umbrella. But unfortunately, this isn't a Japanese restaurant. My wife and I decided to take advantage of it and celebrate our wedding anniversary together. We sat down and were able to order directly from the tablet. We were served in record time and discovered that Himawari means sunflower. Specifically, sunflower oil, which apparently goes well with everything here; it's no coincidence that the restaurant's motto is "oil conquers the sea." The dishes were exceptional; my only regret was that I didn't find horse and potatoes on the menu for my friend Giovanna, a staunch vegetarian. So we decided to get some gelato to take home. Maybe if we run into her on the way home, we could offer her a spoonful. As true as my name is, Fausto Pintus, I hope to get home before the profiteroles, since we ordered nougat for dessert.
