Recently discovered, I was amazed by both the goodness and the beautiful presentation of the pasta. I haven't tried any cake yet but I will definitely turn to them in the near future. 5 super deserved stars for the dedication and passion in creating these delicacies for the palate!

A colleague of Lavis, Raffaella, gave me a voucher advising me to try the desserts of this historic pastry shop that I didn't know directly, but had heard very good things about from everyone. It made me discover what has now absolutely become "my" pastry shop. I asked Mr. Luca if it was possible to order a cake with sponge cake, Chantilly cream, fresh fruit and flakes of white chocolate. Very helpful, he had me prepare the masterpiece that I attach in the photo and the result was that my guests were pleasantly surprised by such a delicacy. A pleasure for the eyes first and for the soul afterwards. Not a usual pastry shop cake, but for my demanding tastes, THE cake par excellence in terms of freshness and goodness! A highly recommended discovery.

Courteous and very friendly staff, delicious desserts, I bought a birthday cake for my girlfriend and it was delicious, very balanced and absolutely not cloying. Excellent quality ingredients.

I've been taking pasta for a long time for various work and birthday occasions, etc.... one is tastier than the other and my colleagues, friends and all those who taste them are very satisfied, asking me for information on how to go to Silvano too. ... I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone

13/11/2024: Great great experience! The environment is welcoming and warm, perfectly in tune with the surrounding landscape: every detail is 100% taken care of, from the soft lights to the rustic but elegant furnishings, creating a truly unique and very beautiful atmosphere. As for the food, it was all exceptional. We ordered the house wine, which turned out to be a good choice, and a mixed first course which allowed me to taste various local specialties: from dumplings, to spätzle with crunchy speck, up to homemade gnocchi, all the flavors were intense and well balanced. The bill was also a pleasant surprise: absolutely adequate for the quality and quantity of the food served, with a quality-price ratio that I consider excellent, especially for a restaurant in the mountains.
03/11/2024: We went to Clara for lunch today... What can I say: everything was perfect, from the starter to the main courses, to the service and the really nice and clean environment. Excellent price, excellent value for money. We can't wait to go back!! You are good!
