I have been to this pastry shop and I must say that the overall experience was positive. The desserts are really good: fresh, well presented and with an excellent balance of flavors. The environment is well-kept, welcoming and well furnished, perfect for a relaxing break.
The only sour note was the service: one of the ladies at the counter was a bit grumpy in the way she served, which cooled the atmosphere a bit. Nothing serious, but an extra smile wouldn't hurt.

The Silvia pastry shop is a place where perfect chaos dwells. Everything is in constant movement and where you think you see a queue, in reality, you won't notice a second of delay. At the coffee counter, so coordinated are the girls, it seems that there is not more than one customer, yet customers continually enter and exit the place. The breakfast pastries are not only varied, but also clearly above average, and the coffee is excellent. Last but not least, the environment is large and spacious, you will have no problem finding a corner where you can have your breakfast. Love at first sight.

After a tour of the sea we stopped at this pastry shop. Convenient parking with many places. Large, modern, clean and tidy room. The girls' service is really friendly and very professional. The desserts at the counter are beautiful and equally good. High quality coffee shop. Excellent prices. Really highly recommended.

This year too I booked a birthday cake with sponge cake and Chantilly cream, gluten-free. This time I specified that I wanted the sponge cake to be soaked in liqueur but this time too the cake seemed to be made for children. The layer of cream that covered it was exaggerated, I didn't taste the cream but only the sweetness of the cream. I'm sorry but, even considering the cost, the cake did not live up to expectations.

The croissants are croissant-type, therefore crunchy, I generally prefer brioche-type yeasts, but they are good. The problem is that in wholemeal when you ask for honey filling (wholemeal croissant with honey is a classic), they often don't have honey! It seems strange to me because in pastry making honey is not only used as a filling, but is the basis of an infinite number of recipes.
