Our room had an excellent view, but the rooms and property are in need of updating. The service at the Ombra Della Serra restaurant was friendly, but the food was just ok. If proximity to the beach is what is most important, the location is good.

We had a lovely time during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with anything that we needed. The food is really good, and you can’t beat the beach location! Be sure to check out the spa, it’s worth spending a few hours in. Definitely will come again for another relaxing stay. Thank you especially to Luigi at the manache restaurant!!

All the staff were very friendly. The complex is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and offers all the amenities. The price is reasonable, but the beach bar and on-site restaurants are a bit pricey. Breakfast is varied and high-quality.

The ideal place to recharge after a very busy year. This was our second visit, and it more than confirmed the excellent rating of the previous one.

Lovely place with clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Hotel has big green territory. Delicious restaurant on the beach and near the pool. Also, I want to mention the professional hospitality level of front office. My father was felling bad and front office girl called an ambulance for him. She was translating and assisting us for several hours. Her behavior was very professional and nice. Next day front office agents were asking us about how my dad is feeling. Even in the restaurant. It’s extremely high level of hospitality for 4* hotel. Please give them 5 star🙏🏻❤️ Also info for travelers from post Soviet countries: when you call ambulance in Italy doctors are not coming. Come just санитары who can check pressure and temperature. They are not allowed to do any diagnosis or treatment. Hospital is located very close to hotel, so it’s better to go by taxi or car if possible.

Hotel set in a beautiful, well-maintained park with free parking for guests and an excellent breakfast buffet. We're talking about room 216, which isn't comparable to any other room. The room was functionally furnished, although the bathroom was a bit sparse but still adequately equipped. This applies to the lighting and space for shelves and towel rails. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly. We can only comment on the breakfast buffet because we didn't use any other dining services. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and leaves little to be desired. It had fresh produce every day, and the pastries were constantly changing. We appreciated that a table was assigned for the entire duration of our stay upon check-in, thus avoiding any "morning stress" with table selection and staffing. We found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. There was never a rush, even when the hotel was very busy. We noticed that towels were changed daily, even though this wasn't necessary from an ecological point of view. We also noticed that after each room cleaning, all lights were switched on, as directed by management, to signal to guests that the cleaning had been completed. This would result in unnecessary energy consumption if this policy applied to all room cleanings. We strongly recommend changing the instructions to the cleaning staff so that completed cleanings are indicated in a different, especially environmentally friendly way. We used the pool near the main restaurant, and it was clean and sufficiently large. Towards the evening, lounge chairs are rather scarce if a shady spot is desired. At the hotel's private beach area, there are plenty of free lounge chairs and umbrellas available from the third row upwards. This was true for our visit from June 21-28, 2025. The beach is a mixture of sand and pebbles and is widely accessible to both the south and north, and is reasonably clean. Please note that the beach slopes relatively steeply at the waterline, making walks along the beach somewhat difficult. Further away from the waterline, proper footwear is recommended. The water is clean for a sandy beach, and its clarity should not be compared to "rocky beaches."
