I was a guest at a wedding and stayed one night on December 22nd. The atmosphere and Christmas decorations were beautiful and elegant, the food excellent, and every area was meticulously designed. The room was spacious and fully equipped, and the breakfast was superb. But what struck me most was the professionalism and friendliness of every member of the staff, without exception. A historic venue, now a favorite for large receptions and special occasion celebrations. Impeccable service and excellent food. The spaces are meticulously maintained, beautifully decorated, and organized. There's not a single area of ​​the venue that isn't unique.

The hotel is in a good location outside of town, and we were hoping to relax. Unfortunately, the hotel also hosts parties (one Sunday and one Monday in October). We couldn't sleep until 1 a.m. If you're a party animal, it's great, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, avoid this hotel.

My experience is limited to a gala dinner for a university conference. The location was beautiful and the service excellent. The buffet was plentiful, but of mediocre quality. It's located about seven hundred meters from Porta San Biagio and is a medieval fortress built in 1419 by order of Giovanni Antonio Orsini Del Balzo, Prince of Taranto.
