We went to this bakery to try the strudel, which was truly excellent. There were six of us, and the lady who served us was very kind. They also had many other really tempting cakes. Recommended!!

Bought custard and pistachio cornetto, krapfen, and big pretzel. They all tasted good (fresh, nice texture, good flavours) but not amazing or mind blowing. The custard and pistachio cornetto was not worth it as they had barely any filling, which was disappointing as the fillings tasted very nice. Better to get plain cornetto. Krapfen had very soft and delicous dough but the filling inside tasted average. Good portion size for good price.

Desserts: Strudel, buckwheat cake, Linzer torte—exceptional. Bread of all kinds, even for celiacs! All products are top-quality and always fresh. Excellent service, the blonde sales assistant with the braid is very courteous and always smiling! Top in Canazei

Bakery/bakery in the center of Canazei. Very good products, and the place is spotlessly clean. Service is prompt, though a little cold. An early start is a must when working with the public.

Good bread of various flavors. While in croissants and krapfen there is very little ingredient inside. It is not worth buying these two things.

02/08/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto molto buono, piatti tipici e prodotti biologici direttamente nell'azienda agricola. Consiglio in particolare la polenta con il manzo e il rotolo di patate con spinaci e ricotta. Il tagliere misto è molto abbondante, noi lo abbiamo condiviso in 5, considerando che le portate principali sono abbastanza ricche
25/07/2025: Nel paesino di Giustino potrete trovare uno dei locali tipici della tradizione trentina: si tratta dell'agritur La Trisa (la 'trisa' è il mestolo in legno utilizzato per mescolare la polenta).Appena entrati verrete accolti da un ambiente rustico e ospitale, dominato dal legno e da decorazioni di montagna: una stube, quadri con scene di vita di valle e soprattutto dei bei campanacci.Vi racconto cosa abbiamo mangiato, per farvi venire un po' d'acquolina: un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, accompagnato da sottolio; un tris di primi (canederli, gnocchi agli spinaci e un morbidissimo rotolo alla trentina); salsicce, spezzatino, formaggio fuso, carne salada, accompagnati dal piatto simbolo della casa, la polenta. Per il dessert non abbiamo resistito a provare lo yogurt: il primo da agricoltura biologica in Trentino. Anche la carne proviene da allevamento proprio.

28/02/2025: Komme oft hierher, da Hausherr Lollo ein durchdachtes 0-km-Konzept verfolgt, und das zu sehr fairen Preisen. Der Fisch stammt nur aus dem Gardasee und aus der Sarca. Wechselnde glasweise Weinauswahl. Freundlicher Service. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die selbstgemachten Tortellini/Teigtaschen.
27/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato alcune sere in questo locale del centro di Riva. Partiamo dalla cortesia e simpatia della titolare, sempre pronta ad una risata ed una battuta, così come il marito ed i suoi consigli sulle grappe. Cibo: ottimo, di qualità, porzioni abbondanti e davvero tutto buono. Consiglio lo stinco. Ma abbiamo in pratica provato tutto il menù. Quando tornerà a Riva, sarà il mio unico punto di riferimento.
