The bakery is always well stocked. Everything is excellent, from bread to desserts. I recommend the poppy seed and cheese rolls, the delicious strudel, and the delicious krapfen! Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: I haven't been there myself; I only know Brixen from driving through it. However, I heard that this hotel no longer wants to accommodate the Nazi Alexander Gauland. That's absolutely fantastic, commendable, and deserves far more than 5 stars.
