Salvatore is an incredibly warm person, and his small bakery is a real insider tip. The bread is of outstanding quality—you can simply taste the passion for his craft. Even though the display may seem small, Salvatore conjures up anything you wish to order. We especially recommend the focaccia and croissants—simply heavenly!

The bakery is run by the "boss," who is deeply committed to traditional craftsmanship—which he masters and consistently translates into the most delicious results. The finest ingredients are used to award-winning results.
We primarily work by advance order.
If you're nearby and have the opportunity, it's your own fault if you don't stock up on bread (in various varieties), focaccia (made according to regional recipes upon request), pizza, etc., and even pastries.
Once you've been there, you'll shop there again.

A little gem in the heart of Tiarno. The owner is incredibly kind and extremely attentive to their customers. The products are sublime; we ordered taralli, small loaves, focaccia barese, focaccia genovese, and a light and crispy loaf. The prices were very fair.
It was a wonderful discovery!

Super delicious and very friendly. Only by reservation, but same-day delivery is also available. We happened upon it by chance, ordered rolls and bread, and were able to pick them up after 45 minutes.

Never ever would I have thought of entering a PUGLIESE bakery in Trentino but the smell of the onion taralli that were finishing cooking and the hunger from returning from an excursion did their part.
In the afternoon the place is closed but the hospitality of the owners, in this case the mother, is 10⭐️
She lets us taste the taralli while she prepares two savory brioches with mortadella! San Trentino must have rolled over in his grave again😆 but the lady goes straight ahead and tells us "try it and then tell us, but I'm sure you'll like it!"
Well.. we were speechless, enjoying them down to the last crumb.
And the taralli?!? Spectacular! And we took our own bag.
To end on a high note, a nice frothy semifreddo coffee perfect for this city heat that also infests these mountain paradises.
All for €12 then.
If we return, and we will return, to Tiarno it will also be for this experience.

In search of authentic flavors we arrive at the Sapori di Puglia bakery, a small shop that I would define as a true explosion of flavors and courtesy.
We cannot resist the freshly baked taralli and focaccia barese.
We chat a bit with Salvatore, the baker, who tells us how he prepares his products: the origin of the raw materials and the leavening, very long! We then decide to order the pizza with sourdough, leavened for days, the tomato sauce from his land and the lactose-free mozzarella.
And then... the freshly baked brioches filled on the spot 😋 with coffee!
