Don't be fooled by the exterior, this is nothing like a traditional bakery with a window and/or place of sale. You have to enter the workshop through the small door and a person will come and welcome you. For novices, this is surprising at first but ultimately it's great! The staff are really attentive and friendly.
Few varieties but enough.
