Panificio Pasticceria In Genova

A small, local place, but with heart! They don't produce a huge amount of bread, so they can be sold out closer to noon. Foccacia with onion is delicious, and the amount of onion really shows that no one here is stingy with anyone. The same goes for the stuffed croissants (they fill them right before your eyes with the cream you want, pistachio, chocolate, marmalade and others) which are a discovery of this trip for me. The bread seems very simple, I didn't taste any improvers. The service is very nice, smiling, even at night while baking (they bake on site, which is a big plus)
