Questa mattina sono andata in questo panificio Nur per prendere della pizza che trovo eccezionale...ma purtroppo a differenza delle altre volte che mi hanno servito con cortesia e gentilezza, ho trovato una signora al banco poco gentile, al dir vero per niente gentile, nel momento che le ho fatto notare che biscotti non doveva prenderli con le mani si è irritata e ha cominciato a parlare sgarbatamente nel suo dialetto...mi dispiace di questo atteggiamento... ho lavorato per tanti anni anch'io nel pubblico e capisco cosa vuol dire...ma se alle 8:00 era già seccata figuriamoci più tardi!
