The best bread I've ever eaten in my life... not to mention the pizza and other various treats! Worth more than a visit even if out of the way for tourists...

Spectacular bread and products in general, made with high quality flours. The kindness and the environment are the framework to be able to say that there are no comparisons with all the other ovens seen in Trapani and wherever I have been.

Suturato nei pressi della via Marsala il panificio in recensione offre una vasta selezione di tipologie di pane, tra i quali spicca per bontà il filone realizzato con farina Senatore Cappelli dalla crosta croccante e dalla spiccata alveolatura; inoltre si consiglia anche quello con farina di Tumminia Ottima anche la schiacciata da 250 gr con semi di finocchietto Inoltre il panificio offre una vasta scelta di biscotti artigianali. Infine si consiglia la focccis stile barese, sembra quasi di trovarsi in Puglia Consigliato

A fabulous and well baked bread.

Excellent bakery, for less than €10 I got an arancinə, ¾ of pizza/focaccia and an excellent stuffed bread. The focaccia was really excellent, super greasy but really tasty.
