Perfect for true connoisseurs and lovers of good, old-fashioned bread. Shapes and flour blends for all needs and tastes. Real bread, made with love, expertise, and a deep understanding of the art of breadmaking. The baked goods are also excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Must try.

22/03/2026: About the cured meats... what can I say? If you're having an aperitivo, order a Negroni; you won't regret it.
28/10/2025: In Castiglione for a conference, I stopped here for lunch with some colleagues and we were so pleased with the quality and variety of the dishes that we returned the next day. Everything was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Well done!!

15/03/2026: Not a good experience. To order, you have to know what they have. At least the person taking the order came to my table with pen and paper and asked me what I wanted. I asked if they had any savory food, he said no, but sweet: no. I asked about the aperitif and only briefly mentioned it, adding that they had a lot of things, but no options. Anyway, in the end I ordered a non-alcoholic spritz; he didn't tell me what it was made of, thank goodness I'm not allergic to anything. Goodbye, as far as I'm concerned, never again.
18/02/2026: The best macchiato in Mantua! An excellent choice for lunch too; we've always eaten very well! Friendly and smiling staff! Very good!
