There are no words to describe how delicious the focaccia is from this bakery! I usually order trays of focaccia from Milan before I even leave to make sure I have it when I arrive 🤭! Your focaccia is so good! 🔝👏🏻🙏 The wait depends a lot on the day and time. Obviously, in the summer, there's a longer wait on Saturdays, but it's worth it!

The best focaccia in Liguria, hands down.

We stumbled upon it by chance because the other place was closed. We bought several types of focaccia to eat on the beach: the stuffed one was excellent, the "regular" one was just the right amount of greasy; I would have liked it a little crispier, but it was still very good. Overall, it was a bit cheaper than other focaccia shops, and we'll definitely be back to try their other creations. Highly recommended.

The bakery is located on a small street in Cogoleto, but it's well-marked and easy to find, especially given the line outside. The shop is small, with only a couple of customers coming in at a time, but the wait is worth it for the delicious baked goods. We ordered the plain focaccia and cheese focaccia to go, both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend it!

Wow. I had the Prosciutto pizza and might be the most incredible thing i’ve eaten from a bakery in Italy. There is a reason for the line outside.

Spectacular focaccia! And the staff were incredibly friendly.

The atmosphere is unpredictable; you have to wait in line in a narrow street, and once inside, there's barely enough room for three people; the heat and humidity are part of the atmosphere. But since they make bread and focaccia, the food we tried was the best the place has to offer. We tried the plain focaccia, and it tasted like butter—a truly excellent option for anyone who wants to try Genoese focaccia.
