Very small oven hidden in an alley on Via Cristoforo Colombo. In addition to the typical Genoese focaccia, continuously baked and always hot, it is possible to taste other pizzas, desserts and obviously bread. There is likely to be a line of people queuing outside also attracted by the typical good smell of the bread oven.

A small bakery, but if you don't see it, you will be attracted by its scents, like the song of sirens for sailors. Focaccias are harmful, if you are on a diet then, hello, 1 is not enough, the various types of bread are fabulous, the sweets are amazing. In the end, if you have to sin, then you have to do it well, ergo, I gave up and made myself 3 focaccias and a heavenly cream-filled cake, a cloud of lightness and supersonic enjoyment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

20/05/2025: The place is quite hidden, but once you get there, it's like you've found yourself in culinary heaven. Delicious seafood dishes. The service is very helpful and very nice. They will advise and help. The only thing missing was a menu in a language other than Italian. But since it's Italy, we had to manage somehow. Before we ordered, we were brought a piece of bread as an appetizer. I recommend you look for this place and see for yourself that this place is worth recommending.
