Small bakery where we have been going for years to get focaccia or pizza. Always a guarantee Arm yourself with patience because the line is long but it's worth it.

Piccolo panificio con laboratorio annesso, da piú di quindici anni che quando vengo a Cogoleto è tappa fissa, non mangiando pane non posso dire nulla su esso ma per quanto riguarda le focacce mi sbilancio e parecchio: per me le migliori che abbia mai mangiato, quella classica soffice con la crosta croccante; quella alle cipolle senza paragoni. Buone sono quelle speciali tipo quelle alle olive nere nell'impasto o quella spolverata con la farina di polenta. Per la pizza, se vi piace pomodorosa, è la vostra... in fine ho provato anche i cornetti ripieni al momento di crema al cioccolato: divini!
