Very strange bakery, you enter through a tiny door in a narrow street, you go down 2 steps and voilà a small bakery, few varieties but good.

Piccolo panificio con laboratorio annesso, da piú di quindici anni che quando vengo a Cogoleto è tappa fissa, non mangiando pane non posso dire nulla su esso ma per quanto riguarda le focacce mi sbilancio e parecchio: per me le migliori che abbia mai mangiato, quella classica soffice con la crosta croccante; quella alle cipolle senza paragoni. Buone sono quelle speciali tipo quelle alle olive nere nell'impasto o quella spolverata con la farina di polenta. Per la pizza, se vi piace pomodorosa, è la vostra... in fine ho provato anche i cornetti ripieni al momento di crema al cioccolato: divini!

Very small oven hidden in an alley on Via Cristoforo Colombo.
In addition to the typical Genoese focaccia, continuously baked and always hot, it is possible to taste other pizzas, desserts and obviously bread.
There is likely to be a line of people queuing outside also attracted by the typical good smell of the bread oven.

A small bakery, but if you don't see it, you will be attracted by its scents, like the song of sirens for sailors. Focaccias are harmful, if you are on a diet then, hello, 1 is not enough, the various types of bread are fabulous, the sweets are amazing. In the end, if you have to sin, then you have to do it well, ergo, I gave up and made myself 3 focaccias and a heavenly cream-filled cake, a cloud of lightness and supersonic enjoyment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
