Every time I go to Racale, there's a must-stop: this bakery. The frise here are a guarantee, perfectly crispy, ready to be tossed with tomato and good olive oil. You take a bag home, and the smell alone tells you you've made the right choice. And the taralli? They're addictive. They crunch under your teeth and remind you you're eating real food, not those soulless, industrial-made things. For me, it's become a sort of ritual: I arrive in Racale and I already know I have to stock up. If I go back without frise and taralli, they'll hold it against me for days. And they're not wrong.

Like all good bakeries, the place was full of customers and the heat was a bit stifling.

Traditional bakery with a wide selection of breads, including durum wheat sourdough bread, breakfast biscuits, taralli, frise, mini pizzas, calzones, and more. All very good and reasonably priced. Not particularly well-lit.

We went to this bakery, full of aromas, a lovely discovery. We had friselle, taralli, puccia, focaccia, etc., truly excellent.

The best quality. The Almond Cakes are Unmissable.
