You don't have to go to Ferrara to enjoy Tenerina cake... Just go to the Carniato bakery to buy an excellent Tenerina made according to the traditional Ferrarese recipe of dark chocolate, butter, and sugar. It's a cake that's not easy to find in our area in Veneto, but it's truly delicious! In Ferrara, it's everywhere. Tenerina descends from the Barozzi cake, whose recipe is slightly different, and is a typical dessert from Modena and Vignola. The bread at the Carniato bakery is also excellent! Bravo 🏆🎖️👌

I'm a regular at this bakery, offering excellent products and a wide selection. They offer everything from bread, from savory bread to mini pizzas, whole wheat biscuits (my favorite), and various types of toast. You can order the delicious sweet strudel, as well as other types. The ladies at the counter are super kind and always smiling, which, combined with the quality of the management, is truly top-notch! I recommend a visit. The only downside is that there's no parking in front because it's located along the road, but there's a very large parking lot just a short walk away.

Naturally leavened bread, here you can find Senatore cappelli bread, spelt bread, fruit bread! During the holidays don't miss focaccia, pinza and panettone. Congratulations
