Thank you, thank you, thank you😋 I bought apricot panettone on the last day of the Fair in Milan, I didn't know you, I trusted you and I DID VERY WELL. Today I shared with family and friends a real SUCCESS OF FRAGRANT GOODNESS, LIGHTNESS AND FLAVORS. 🔝🔝 The apricots are amazing. Too bad we're in the North😉Emanuela

Excellent quality leavened goods. Try the croissants, the doughnuts, the black cherry biscuits, the walnut bread, and not to mention the panettone... A bit of everything, in short... The coffee and service are also excellent...

Pizzeria Salerno Centro

30/12/2025: Saturday evening in Salerno, two people. I already knew the place, but as a bar. It was my first time dining there, and I stumbled upon it somewhat by chance. Many pizzerias were crowded, or had long waiting lists. Luckily, "Salerno Centro" welcomed us fairly quickly. The place is quite touristy, and the quality of the ingredients isn't exactly excellent, though it wasn't exactly a disappointment. The trio of croquettes with fondue wasn't bad; you could taste the potatoes, and they were good. The fondue was a bit off, arriving cold, and didn't enhance the dish. The pizzas, well, had a slightly bitter note. I didn't particularly like the dough; I assume—I could be wrong—that it was cooked in an electric oven, rather than the "traditional" wood-fired oven. As for the toppings, let's start with the "pizza crok." The ingredients: potato cream, smoked Agerola provola, artisanal potato sticks, crispy pancetta, and parmesan fondue. The review isn't exactly flattering; I didn't particularly enjoy the pairings. The guanciale was too salty, covering up the entire flavor. Instead of potato sticks, I would have preferred flaky chips. The rest of the ingredients were subdued, leaving no memorable impression. The second pizza, a so-called "parmigiana," left a little more. Here are the ingredients: Pachino tomatoes, Agerola provola, breaded and fried eggplant, Parmigiano Reggiano, and pesto. I found these ingredients much more balanced, the flavors blending well. Hats off to the eggplant; the tomato sauce was excellent. The experience was marred by some of the culinary choices, but especially by the very touristy location: a bar, pizzeria, and who knows what else all rolled into one; which didn't leave much room for the flavors to shine. My final rating is 3 stars. It's a place you wouldn't rank high on your list, but, all things considered, it doesn't leave a completely bitter taste in your mouth.

19/09/2025: I came from Rome for a dear friend's mother's name day. Nounú was a wonderful discovery: a restaurant with a welcoming and refined atmosphere, soft lighting, a floor of plants and a vertical garden at the entrance, paintings inspired by modern art, curated down to the smallest detail. The cuisine is delicious, with a selection of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The chef showcases her ingredients, creating delicious and natural dishes with her original and colorful recipes, all accompanied by excellent wines from the local wine cellar. It was a wonderful discovery for my refined palate, which is not easily satisfied!!! And, for my stomach, which was perfectly satisfied, I didn't leave a single bar of hunger :) 100% welcome, I recommend it if you pass by those parts, you will be satisfied again!!
