Thanks to the lady for recommending that we order the classic Apulian bread to take home. Entering their shop is a sight to behold, with the scents and flavors of Puglia. It's wonderful to see the guys baking bread, focaccia, panzerotti, and pucce at practically all hours. Thanks again. Now we have bread and pucce at home to remind us a little of the flavor of our holidays.

A large, well-stocked bakery, excellent products in a fairly simple setting, not overly meticulously detailed but still offering high-quality products. It's not a restaurant; you buy and take away.

We were in Ostuni the week of August 17th to 24th. We tried the bakery's various products for both lunch and dinner, from focaccia to bread, panzerotti, and pucce. They were all excellent. The staff was friendly despite the crowds, and you could choose from a wide variety of delicacies at any time. It was also nice to be able to watch the workers at work, because you can see the oven as you enter the shop. I highly recommend it to anyone on vacation or just passing through.

Today at the beach, a friend of ours brought us a tray of fantastic FOCACCIA WITH TOMATOES and FOCACCIA WITH MOZZARELLA AND POTATOES. Fragrant, perfectly cooked, with a golden brown color, and above all flavorful thanks to the oil and salt. Right after the beach, I rushed out to get a whole wheel, a very reasonable price.
